We've launched our custom immersion ECO-excursions (see Programs and Prices Page). These exclusive, private tours introduce you to Edisto's Gullah culture and lowcountry living. Meet the locals, harvest local foods and finish the day with an exquisite meal! Crab cracks, oyster roasts, clam bakes, and fish fries (seasonally dependent) complimented with the best Edisto vegetables. We'll take you out in the remote marshes on the north side of Edisto. Learn about collecting clams and oysters, crabbing, and fishing. Then take part in the cleaning and preparation of the creek's bounty to make one of the best food experiences money can buy! This program is great for Girls' Weekends, Family Reunions, Family Outings, or anytime you want to have fun with a group.
